Hard times!

Let me start by saying the first week of this weight loss plan has been good, Brittany and I have been keeping tabs on each other and when one has a hard time or wants to eat something bad we call each other. 
Starting yesterday i have been having a hard time with it for some reason. I feel extremely tired and unmotivated. I still have been exercising and keeping tabs on my calories, BUT maybe not the healthiest choices of foods. Maybe there is just to many temptations around me but I should fight to keep them away. 
SO about the sleepyness.. I have no idea why I feel like this. I have a weird feeling that the B12 vitamin that I have been taking makes me like this. Before I felt the same way when taking it. But that would be weird to have a vitamin make you feel that way right?

Once upon a blog!


Once upon a time we were blogging!!!
This is my first post on our new blog! Brittany and I have been Best friends since the summer after 8th grade.. I am 23 and Brittany is 22 (almost 23) But ill let her explain more about her self when she gets on here. Basically we want to share our journey of weight loss. We always said we would loose weight but never stick to it. Now I feel that has shifted and we really can do this. We started on May 15th and have both lost 1 pound so far. We have downloaded an app on our phones that really helps us track our exercise and food intake. The app is called MyFitnessPal and its awesome, it has a large database of foods and exercise, from home cooked meals to restaurants, about 85% of the time it already has it saved in there. Also helpful with the app is the bar code scanner it includes, makes adding foods very easy. 
We will be adding weight loss tricks and tips along with any difficulties we have been having. BUUUUUT this blog is not just limited to weight loss, we will also be blogging about family and friends and events in our lives. I'm sure I will also be adding hair and makeup tricks too since I have my cosmo licence!
